Wine - making: pressed and stripped grape with pellicular maceration at 26° - 28° for about 10 days, the alcoholic and malolatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Refinement: 12 months in French oak barrels and at least 4 months in bottle.
Colour: Red Ruby to garnet reflections.
Bouquet: delicate aromas with vinous red ripe fruit and hints of spices.
Taste: dry, tasty and substantial mineral, pleasantly tennioc and velvety.
