Wine - making: pressed and stripped grape, dropping and separation after about 12 - 14 hours of the must flower, settling and fermentation by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature from 15° to 18° in steel tanks.
Refinement: In steel tanks and at least 1 month in bottle
Colour: pink cherry
Bouquet: fruity and intense
Taste: Fresh with soft hints of cherry and raspberry
Temperature of ideal service: 10° - 12°
Gastronomic combinings: good with appetizers, soups, risottos, fresh cheeses and white meat.
